BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with us.
We strongly recommend that you also read the Information relating to your trip we will send you, prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary, style and physical demands of the trip you are undertaking

Contract

1. Our contract
All bookings are made with Faceperu Tour Operator EIRL. By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.

2. Validity
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from 01 January 2018 until 31 December 2018. Beyond 31 December 2018 dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only.

3. Acceptance of booking and final payments
If we accept your booking we will issue a confirmation invoice. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice. In order to secure the trip, we will require a 30% deposit of the total package price by the time of your booking.

Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments.

If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

4. Your details
In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements you must provide all requested details with the balance of the trip price. Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of these details.

Payments

  • First Payment: In order to secure your trip, we will require a 30% payment of the total package price.
  • Second payment: It is required 60 days prior to your Peru arrival date. This is the remaining package price.

Credit Card Payment

  • The first and second payment can be made using credit card via PayPal, which incurs no additional fees.
  • We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

Wire money Transfer: Get 5% Discount

The first and second payment can be made using wire money transfer.

Wire Transfer: When paying by wire transfer a 5% discount applies. Reservations will be hold for 3 working days until we receive the confirmation from our bank. In case we do not receive the confirmation all reservations will be cancelled.

Cancellations and changes by the client

  • Any cancellations or changes made by the client must be submitted in writing by the client at their earliest convenience.
  • Client is responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the cancellation.
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the tour start date: Full refund of deposit made, minus $100 administration fee per person.
  • Cancellation 45-89 days prior to the tour start date: Loss of 30% deposit
  • Cancellation 44-31 days prior to the tour start date: Loss of 40% of total package price
  • Cancellation 0-30 days prior to tour start date: Loss of 100% total package price
  • All appropriate refunds will be made directly to your credit card or bank account, minus any fees indicated
  • Change of dates after the deposit has been made: 5% plus any other additional fees that might occur.
    Substitution of clients: If any person of of the group is not able to travel, it may be possible to transfer the reserved services to another person. An administration fee of USD plus all incurred costs charged by the service providers will be required.
  • AIR/FLIGHT Cancellations: All air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines.

Cancellations and changes by the Company

  • We will make every reasonable effort to operate your tour as sold. However, we reserve the right to curtail or modify the itinerary, or to substitute activities, hotels, meals or transportation as we deem necessary.
  • None of these modifications or changes shall affect the land package price.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that in our opinion would compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of the passengers or any other circumstances beyond our control. (Acts of God, etc) Should we need to cancel the tour (not related to situations beyond our control), we will refund your fully paid pre-payments or work with you to apply those payments to another tour.

Insurance

We strongly encourage the purchase of independent travel insurance in the case of medical or other emergencies, i.e. acts of God, in order for you to have the maximum coverage, satisfaction and peace of mind possible. Any late cancellations, in regard to emergencies, will be considered on a case by case basis. We will personally work with you as best we can to either apply your payment to another tour/ time or refund a portion of your payment.  In order to obtain a quote please click HERE

Prices

  • All prices shown on this web site are per person and expressed in US Dollars.
  • Babies aged 0-3 travel for free when travelling with a paying adult. Cost for additional bedding, cribs and rollaways are available upon request.
  • For children aged 4 – 11, the package price is based on sharing a room with adults. Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time you book.
  • Once we receive your deposit, your tour package price is guaranteed and any subsequent price increases will be at our expense.

Accomodation

  • Accommodation is specified in  our web site.
  • We reserve the right to offer an alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation specified in our web site is overbooked or for any reason beyond our control. No changes will be made after payment.
  • Important note: All accommodations within Peru will require you to show your passport and let them make a photocopy of it in order to check you in. This is a requirement for government and taxes purposes.

Guests needing special assistance

Certain itineraries may include activities that present challenges to or are not suitable for passengers with special needs.

We strongly recommend that guests requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and totally responsible for providing assistance.

Please let us know if special assistance is required.

Special Requests:
We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as smoking, adjacent or connecting rooms, bed size, dietary needs or any other special request.
